A Double Bathroom Renovation

For this main-floor bathroom renovation, we completely reworked the original layout to better support the way the home functions day to day. What had once been a single bathroom intended primarily as an en suite for the guest bedroom was thoughtfully divided into two separate spaces: a dedicated powder room for the main floor and a full private bath for overnight guests. In the powder room, a floral Schumacher wallpaper brings color and personality, paired with a rich navy vanity and custom mirrors designed with integrated sconces for a tailored, elevated finish. The adjoining guest bathroom was intentionally kept lighter and brighter to compensate for the lack of natural light, using crisp white molding, another Schumacher wallpaper in a powder blue color, and classic marble accent tile to create a timeless, traditional feel. Polished nickel fixtures and details add a refined layer throughout. The result is a highly functional bathroom renovation that maximizes the original footprint while giving each space its own distinct personality and purpose.
