About Jessica

I’m Jessica Ashley, a proud working mama with two girls, a rescue pup and my cute college sweetheart husband. I hate scary movies, asparagus, and folding laundry.

I start most days with a wild dance party with my girls, because how else do you start your day off with joy?!

Some days I feel like I can do it all…balance all the things (working from home, motherhood, being on time to dance class [haha…], cooking dinner from scratch, being wifey of the year) and other days feel HARD. I found out I had thyroid cancer when I was three months pregnant with my second daughter. Life can certainly hand you some sour lemons, but I just make a vodka-lemon-tini and keep on rocking on, because life is how you REACT to the curveballs it throws at you.

I am here to build a community, a sisterhood — where we can come together and talk about starting a business, making a kick ass chili, focusing on health wellness, all while in gratitude in the midst of all the chaos.

Let’s maximize our joy and minimize our stress, together.
