Hailey and Rishil’s wedding weekend at a private farm in Virginia brought together American and Indian traditions through three distinct celebrations, each with its own sense of place and personality. The weekend began with a playful Hawaiian-inspired rehearsal dinner beneath a wisteria-covered patio, followed by a timeless American ceremony and reception influenced by the romance of the English countryside. A soft palette of cream, mauve, dusty blue, and natural textures transformed the barn into an elegant, fine-art-inspired setting, complete with ivory draping, woven details, and modern ghost chairs. For the Indian wedding, the design shifted into a vibrant citrus-inspired celebration filled with fuchsia, orange, and yellow florals, fresh fruit accents, colorful lighting, and sweeping views of the surrounding mountains.
